PAYMENT POLICY:
All payments must be paid in full immediately following your shoot via cash or credit card.
LATE POLICY:
If the client runs more than 20 mins late, a surcharge fee of $50 will be added. There is a 10 minute grace period. Late arrivals result in shorter sessions. If additional time is desired by the client to retain the full service session time duration (depending on studio and director availability), a $50/hr fee + additional late fees will be applied to their final invoice. Otherwise, the service will end at the time specified in their appointment booking.

CANCELLING & RESCHEDULING:
ALL retainer fees & session are non-refundable. Client may reschedule the date of the service listed above no later than 4 days prior to scheduled appointment time as specified in the confirmation email with the written approval of the Director. Should the Director be unable to accommodate the Client's rescheduled date, the Client will not be held responsible for the remaining balance of this service contract, but will forfeit their initial deposit.
